Manage Your Account

Fulfilling Your Order
If you make a purchase from sellers on the Marketplace (www.PureCBD.Solutions, LLC.com/shop), we will collect a valid credit card number and associated payment information, including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. PureCBD.Solutions, LLC will use this information solely in facilitating your payment to the seller. PureCBD.Solutions, LLC does not provide your credit card information to the seller.
Improve Our Services
We may process information through analyzing and monitoring usages and trends and performing statistical analyses to improve our Services and the websites, applications, marketing efforts and the products and services of our affiliates we recommend or offer to provide a better service to you in the future. We may also share this information with our affiliates within the PureCBD.Solutions, LLC Group for those affiliates to analyze and monitor usage and trends to improve their services and websites.
We share your account credentials and profile information (username, email address, encrypted password) and related personal identification (first and last name and address) and payment information stored in our Services with the PureCBD.Solutions, LLC ID services. This service is jointly provided by the PureCBD.Solutions, LLC ID Services as directed by you, if you sign up with another PureCBD.Solutions, LLC ID Service. As long as you do not connect to another PureCBD.Solutions, LLC service, your identifiers (username, email address, encrypted password, first name, last name and address) are shared only with our parent company, PureCBD.Solutions, LLC, Inc., for the purposes of operating our authentication service. The PureCBD.Solutions, LLC Group may rent, sell and share other information that cannot be used to directly identify you with merchant partners, third parties or affiliates. Information that we may rent or sell will not include your payment information. Protection of Rights and Other Legal Purposes

10. Referral Programs
Company may offer features that allow you to inform an individual about our Services. If you choose to use our referral features, we will ask for your referral’s email address to send them an electronic communication inviting them to join our Services.
